Screensavvy started as an idea to help people be more present in their lives, and it has since evolved into a solution that addresses our problem - along with the many others caused by digital addiction. As we explored digital addiction, we realized the only way to make a real difference was at the root: Social Media. Social media can be an amazing tool, but what they don’t tell you is just how harmful it can be - causing you to lose your focus, presence, and well being. These risks are hidden to keep you scrolling. We realized if we don’t step up now and break the cycle we will spend 93% of our life on social media. Join us in making a difference.
