About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the website screensavvy.tech (the "Site"), operated by ScreenSavvy ("we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free. It lets us tell you about ScreenSavvy's launch and early access. It doesn't guarantee access to the app, a launch date, or any particular feature or reward, and we may change or end the waitlist at any time. You can leave it whenever you like by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.

Partner applications

Sending a partner application doesn't create a partnership or any obligation for either side. Any partnership will be agreed separately, in writing.

Using the Site

Please don't misuse the Site. Don't try to break, overload or scrape it, don't submit false information or someone else's details, and don't use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Site's content, including its text, illustrations, characters, and the ScreenSavvy name and logo, belongs to ScreenSavvy or its licensors. You may share links to the Site, but please don't copy or reuse its content without our permission.

Information on the Site

The Site gives general information about ScreenSavvy. Statistics we quote come from the third-party sources we cite next to them. Nothing on the Site is medical, psychological or other professional advice.

Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as social networks and research sources. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise that it will always be error-free or available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ScreenSavvy isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
